We (Vietnamese Server | World Email Co. Ltd) are not responsible for and do not guarantee the accuracy of the information sent to the server by anyone. We do not bear any legal liability or compensation for any loss or damage to data stored on the server.
2. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for implementing and maintaining the data stored on the server.
3. Lawful Use
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our Website or Server is for lawful purposes.
4. Confidential Information
Users must keep their identifying information, passwords, or other confidential information safe and immediately notify us if they detect unauthorized access to their account or any security loopholes, including the loss, theft, or disclosure of passwords and other confidential information.
5. Compliance with Procedures
Users must comply with the procedures we offer and not use the server in ways that may affect other customers.
6. Data Integrity and Safety
While we use measures and efforts to ensure data integrity and safety on the server, we cannot guarantee the server will not be compromised by unauthorized users, hackers, or hardware problems. The manufacturer is also not responsible for data loss.
7. Violation of Terms
If users violate payment terms or any of the above rules, we may suspend services and/or terminate them immediately without notice.
8. No Refunds
We will not refund any amount of money if the service is stopped due to a user violation of the above categories.
9. Domain Name Disputes
All disputes related to .VN domain names will be treated pursuant to VNNIC rules. Disputes related to international domain names will be treated pursuant to ICANN rules.
